Eating Concerns
Purpose
Shifts in eating and an intense focus on body image or weight are common ways to regain control during stress, but they can also harm well-being and disrupt daily life. After a careful assessment, I use Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT-E) to help you challenge unhelpful beliefs about your body and change eating patterns, including restrictive and emotional eating, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, night eating syndrome, and related concerns.
