RATES: Please contact me for current fees. Rates vary by service and session length and are consistent with those of California licensed clinical psychologists with advanced training. Fees are updated annually and payment is due at each session.

NO SHOWS AND CANCELLATIONS: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or change. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged in full.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE: You have the right to a Good Faith Estimate under the No Surprises Act.

INSURANCE: I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly.

If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. I provide a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance company.

Reimbursement is typically sent directly to you; many clients receive 40–80% back, depending on their plan.

OUT-OF-NETWORK BENEFITS: See FAQs below for a step-by-step guide to checking your benefits. For more information, including the advantages of working with an out-of-network provider, visit: https://blog.zencare.co/guide-to-out-of-network-benefits/
