Group Therapy

Group therapy offers a supportive community to work towards healing and growth. Skills groups focus on learning and practicing coping strategies. Process groups explore relationships in the present moment to promote change. Before joining, you’ll complete 1 to 3 individual prep sessions. Most groups meet for 4 to 20 sessions. Group schedule, size, and frequency dependent upon availability.
